Tonight Noah got invested in to the local Cubs group. He's been going for a couple of weeks now and the Cub leader decided to invest him and another new starter tonight at the Cub sleepover weekend - the longest Noah will have been away from us without being with a family member in over 6 years!
Noah has been so excited for weeks for the sleepover as we were invited whilst we were still in Bolivia and the leader was shocked when Noah jumped at the opportunity before he had even joined. That's Noah for you!
Noah was very good and recited the Cub Scout Promise very nicely in front of 33 other kids, which is the following:
I promise that I will do my best
To do my duty to God and to the Queen
To help other people
And to keep the Cub Scout Law
He is now in the grey Sixer group and I hope he has lots of fun and adventures in Cubs in the future!
